What a Busy Life

We have been so busy lately with our business, that we haven't been able to do as many videos as we would like. After a long weekend of being with babysitters and without our usual routine, Hayli was excited to go to Gym Magic and have some normalcy. She really needed to get some energy out!

Today, Hayli was evaluated at swim class... she is going to graduate to Froggies. This means that we will no longer be in the pool together. I know this is for the best since we are expecting Hana in the next month, but it still makes me a little sad!

Hayli's 2nd Haircut

Today I finally had a minute to get Hayli's haircut. She was starting to look like a member of the Beatles. I thought we would have to fight her, but even though she did not want the hairdresser (Gabby) to do her hair she did not fight too much. Of course, the lollipop may have helped a little!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Today I celebrated my birthday with Conrad, Hayli, Oma, and Opa. We went to Reb Lobster! Oh, it was SO good! I was a very happy pregnant mama! Hayli enjoyed it too! She helped the waitress clean up, and blew out my birthday candle. Hayli is so sweet!!!

Baby Shower

Today Kara, Jen, and Jenn threw Jenny and me a baby shower. It was so sweet of them. We got so many nice things! I am so blessed to have such great friends!

New Baby

Yesterday Hayli got a wonderful birthday present from her good friend Mia. Mia and Hayli swim and do yoga together. Mia got Hayli a baby for her birthday. The baby drinks from a bottle, cries, and giggles when you tickle her. Hayli does not care much for the crying, but loves her new baby. I think it is great, and plan to use it as a teaching tool. Mia and Mia's mama put a lot of thought into Hayli's present, and we really do appreciate it!

Just Keep Swimming

Today Moeke and Beth came to Hayli's swim classes (thanks Moeke and Beth for the great photos and Beth for the great videos!). Hayli has taken classes since she turned 6 months old. I can definitely tell that she is ready to go on her own. Hayli pushes me away now with the "I can do this on my own mommy!" attitude. YIKES! Maybe it is time to move on to the next level of class? Can it really be time for her to go into the pool without me???

2 Year Doctor Appointment

Today Hayli had a doctor appointment. It was a good appointment since it was a well baby check and did not require any shots!

Hayli had to get weighed and measured! Hayli is already 32 pounds and 36 1/2 inches tall (she is still in the 98th percentile)! What a big girl!

Dr. Settles looked and listened to Hayli, which took too long for Hayli's liking... LOL

ALL DONE!!! Hayli picked out a grape lollypop to finish the visit up... Her next scheduled appointment? Not until January 2011!!!
