The day started off with a trip to the Emergency Room for a blood draw. I guess the doctors needed it in order to have the blood tested before the surgery tomorrow. The reason why we had to go to the ER is because it is Sunday and the regular hospital is closed.
We also had to make sure that the cord blood paperwork was complete and that we had the kit in order.
For Hayli, everything is very surreal. She is in complete denial, but she did take the opportunity to tell Hana that she will see her soon (or that is what the mommy in me says that Hayli was doing)!
